Cybermedia Commons

Overview

The Cybermedia Commons was opened on May 8, 2015, on the first-floor Main Hall at D3 Center, Osaka University. Cybermedia Commons is an active learning space for students, and makes use of a wide variety of the D3 Center’s information technology to support students’ active learning and research activities.
All Osaka University students and faculty are free to use the facility (when it is not otherwise in use for special activities such as lectures and workshops).

Hours of operation: Weekdays 8:50 AM – 5:00 PM

Facility Information

Based on ideas submitted in a university-wide competition, the Cybermedia Commons is broadly divided into six spaces. The concierge can provide details on how to use each of these spaces.

Methods of utilization

All Osaka University students and faculty are free to use the facility whenever it is not otherwise in use for special activities such as lectures and workshops.
