About OU-CSIRT
OU-CSIRT (Osaka University Computer Security Incident Response Team) refers to the University of Osaka’s system for handling information security incidents. When an information security incident occurs at the university, OU-CSIRT assesses the situation and performs the following duties:
(a) Grasps the status of information security incidents and reports to the General Information Security Officer.
(b) Issues instructions or recommendations to Department Information System Security Officers regarding the implementation of emergency measures to prevent the spread of damage and recovery from information security incidents.
(c) Shares information about information security incidents with relevant organizations.
